He was predeceased by: his grandson Joshua. He is survived by: his children, Dean (Jackie), Mike (LuAnn) and Dale (Shannon); his grandchildren, Jon-Michael, Paige, Cody, Zachary (Leslie) and Ryan (Kendra); and also Billie. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
