He is survived by: his sister Faith Consiglio; his daughters, Pam Crouch and Sherry Carpenter; his sons-in-law, Tim Crouch and Mark Carpenter; and his grandchildren, Danielle Veillette, Michelle Burks (Dirick), Timothy Crouch, Stephanie Darley (Ryan), Brittany Sheffield (Chris) and Chelsea Crouch. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, also other family and friends.
