Barbara Ann Piatt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Piatt of Dandridge, Tennessee, who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Evershed and Doris C. Ledden; her brother James Evershed; and her children, Robert P. Piatt, Timothy M. Piatt and Linda Jean Ludwig.
She is survived by: her husband Fredrick Piatt; her children, Richard M. Piatt (Marie), Frederick P. Piatt (Julie), Joan Evert and Nancy Sylvies (Barrett); her siblings, Lynn Wilson (Bob) and Paul Evershed (Peggy); and her children-in-law, Mickey (Lyndsay), Dave, Connie and Cheryl. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and their respective spouses; 31 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home (162 E Meeting St, Dandridge, TN 37725). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (386 US-25W, Dandridge, TN 37725).
