It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Overton Gray of Dandridge, Tennessee, born in Tazewell, Tennessee, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Overton and Patsy T. Overton; her siblings, Patt Scholz (Earl), Henrietta Ketchersid (George), Douglas Overton (Lagretta) and Charles Overton (Jean); and her siblings-in-law, Jean Litterer (William) and Carl Bolton.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Harris Gray; her daughters, Deborah A. Gray of Murfreesboro and Nancy K. Gray-Barnett (William); her sister Greta Bolton of Tazewell, TN; and her caregivers, Diane, Sheila, Leslie, Jo and Tiffany. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, their families and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
