She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Williams and Nola Williams; her former husband Charles Rouse; her husband Oscar Ottinger; her daughters, Glenda Sue Rouse Fine and Jennifer Ottinger; and her brothers, Harlan Williams, Mitchel Williams, Trent Williams and Ray Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Wright (Ronnie) of LaFollette; her grandchildren, Neil, Robin Fine and Shannon Andrews (Michael); her great grandchildren, Connor, Audrey and Luke Andrews; her son-in-law Dale Fine; her friend Onnie Clark; and also Neil Brooks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
