He is survived by: his wife Margie Nell Cummins Holt of Cypress Inn, TN; his children, Keith Holt (Lisa) of Lutts, TN, Kurt Holt (Crystal) of Collinwood, TN, Kent Holt (Tabitha) of Iron City, TN and Karla Roman (Jeff) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Heather Carmack, Whitney Robertson, Makenna, Makiley Roman, Kurtlyn, Brody Holt, Remington, Stetson and Scarlett Holt; and his sisters, Margaret Gray (J. L.) of Florence, AL, Shelia Barrier (Donnie) of Killen, AL and Carolyn Crotts of Coker, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
