He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Woods and Verta Pecoula White Woods; his son James Duane Woods; his siblings, Berlin, Albert, Jerrold Woods and Linda Rhinehart; and his grandson Jerry Woods, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Reva Lee Bowers Woods; his children, Keith Woods, Jerry Woods (Debbie), Gary Woods (Lynette), Robert Woods (Sandi), Brian Woods, Anthony Bowers, Tim Bowers, Rhonda Whitlock (Roger), Cheryl Sharp, Carol Johnson (Ray) and Tamera Thompson (David); and his siblings, Dalton Woods, Wynoka, Vella Mae, Laura, Louise, Margaret, Sylvia and Cathy. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
