She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Bryant Biter; her brother-in-law Dubby Akins; and her father-in-law Bill Akins. She is survived by: her husband Mike Akins; her son Dalton Akins; her brother Scott Biter (Carolyn); her mother-in-law Ruth Akins; and her siblings-in-law, Pam Halliday (Larry) and Gary Akins (Rani). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
