He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Britt and Ailene Bass Britt; and his brothers, Lurton Britt and Larry Britt. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Britt; his siblings, Shirley Britt, Martha Britt, Betty Britt, Hazel Britt, Rachel Britt-Perigo (Lonnie) and Danny Britt (Joy); his children, Jeffery Madison Britt (Connie), Walter Linn Britt, Sandra Leigh Britt Cortez (Mike) and Kendra Jo Britt Hawkins (Rex); his grandchildren, Ben Madison Britt (Carrie), Rebekah Ann Britt Hargrove (Ryan), Kourtnee Jo Candler Taylor (Bradley), Donavan Madison McIntosh (Ashley), Morgan Leigh McIntosh, Madison Grace Hawkins, Lauren Nicole Britt and Greyson Ezell Hawkins; and his great grandchildren, Caroline Sue Britt, Sarah Lynn Britt, Evelyn Ann Hargrove, Charley Kate Hargrove, Bradlynn Barbara Taylor and Batson James Taylor.
