He is survived by: his wife Jacoba Catharina Vanderstoel; and his children, Jan Vanderstoel (Amy), Lis Henley (Brian), Hendrik Vanderstoel (Hiroko), Alex Vanderstoel (Debbie), Margrietha Schlotfeldt (Tony) and Catharina Olds (Brett). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and sisters.
