He is survived by: his wife Frances Thomason Proctor; his sons, David Proctor (Joanne), Bobby Proctor (Julie) and Chris Proctor (Jill); his grandchildren, Grayson Proctor, Elliot Proctor, Jillian Proctor, Ashley Baumberger and Josh Fitzhugh (AriAnna); and his great grandchildren, Gabe and Emmalin.
