He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ousley and Edith Yoakum Ousley; his son Richard Eugene Ousley; his brother Clyde Ousley; and his niece Wanda Howell.
He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Keck Ousley; his children, Bobby Joe Ousley and Patricia Renee Patton; his grandchildren, Allen Tuttle and Byron Tuttle; his great grandchildren, Wesley Martin Tuttle, Molly Elizabeth Tuttle and Suttin Layne Tuttle; his niece Kathy Ousley; his nephew Ronnie Howell; and his brother-in-law Dennis Keck. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
