He was predeceased by: his son Toby Evans; his granddaughter MaKayla Cutcher; his parents, Herbert Evans and Hallie Evans; and his siblings, Eugene Evans, Johnny Evans, Clarence Evans, Jewell Dean Lambdin and Louise Leach.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Evans; his children, Mollie Evans (Steven Mills), Ashley Evans and Jackie Evans, Jr. (Tanya Cornett); his siblings, Bill Evans (Lela), Mike Evans (Vickey), Opal Burns (Jack) and Juanita Sue Russell (Dale); and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Smith (Daniel Webb), Caitlyn Hampton (Austin), Morgan Evans, George Smith, Jake Smith, Tyler Evans and Logan Evans. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
