She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Lee Harp, Jr.; her parents, Billy Cupp and Lula Cupp; her sons, Don Harp (Carolyn), Kenneth Harp and Ronnie Ray Harp; her grandchildren, Amanda Gail Moyers and Alex Wayne Harp; and her siblings, Diana, Freada, Cleada, Betty Jean, Larry Bruce, Pastor, Rev. Billy Paul and Langley.
She is survived by: her son Elmer Harp (Lisa) of Tazewell, TN; and her siblings, Aleen Collins (Johnny "Monkey"), Vonna Sue Degner, Louise Cupp, Billy Cupp (Mary), Johnny Cupp (Becky), Betty Paul, Linda Norvell, Linda Douglas, Sue Brown and Frank Norvell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
