She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Yoakum and Cornie Yoakum (Webb); and her sister Patricia Dummitt. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Skipper (Mark), Connie Green (Chris), Deborah Dykes, Jennifer McNew (Kenneth) and Chrissy Crigger (Chris Daniels); her grandchildren, Jackie, Mark, Christopher, Sean, David (Genavie), Mattie, Emily and Kristen; and her siblings, Wayne Yoakum (Barbara), Cyril Yoakum (Margaret), Marty Yoakum and Frances Chavis (Joe). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel (6340 Cumberland Gap Pkwy, Harrogate, TN 37752). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Cottrell Johnson Cemetery.
