He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Raines, Sr. and Margaret D. Raines. He is survived by: his wife Deborra Raines; his son Todd Raines; his sisters, Judy Bennett, Barbara Parker and Kathy Thompson (Bill); his grandchildren, Abby Todd and Anna Kate; and his stepchildren, Iva Meyers, Jimmy Howard, Barb Sanders, Joshua Holmes and Joseph A. Holmes.
