She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Smith and Donna Cody; her grandchildren, Crystal, Amy, Jessie, Phillip, Labrina, Mishelle, Justin and Nikki; her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Erika, Skyler, Luke, Brionna, Jade, Bailey, Elan, Kason, Emma and Skye; her great great grandchild Blakely; and her siblings, Jim Reece and Audrey Bloodworth. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relative and many friends.
