He is survived by: his mother Ruby Mae Groves Bolton of Cumberland Furnace; his siblings, James Ellis of Cumberland Furnace, Linda Harrison of Cumberland Furnace and Kathy Crowder of Cumberland Furnace; and his nieces and nephews, April Terrell, Amy Bolton, Chris Bolton, Daniel Bolton, Karen Jensen, Andrew Bolton, Scotty Bolton, Stephanie Crowder, Michael "Bubba" Crowder, Jr. and Brittnie Bryant.
