It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Proctor (Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee), who passed away on September 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Proctor and Mary Hodges Proctor; his wife Ruby Nell Proctor; and his half-siblings, Grady, Brady Proctor, Bea Minton and Bethel Pitts.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Proctor, Billy Proctor, Mike Proctor (Anita) and Cynthia Gibson; and his sister Juanita Smith. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
