She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Ezell and Geneva Mathis Ezell; her siblings, Elton Ezell and Coraleah Gibbs; her nephew Richard Allen Gibbs; her niece Gina Lynn Buttrey; and her brothers-in-law, Billy R. Gibbs and Royce Hawkins.
She is survived by: her siblings, Tony Ezell (Annette), Linda Jolly (Douglas), Shirley Buttrey and Rita Hawkins; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Ezell, Barry Ezell, Ryan Hawkins, Wesley Buttrey, Rex Hawkins, Dax Jolly, Rodney Hawkins, Marshall Yarbrough, Teresa Ezell, Suzette Ezell, Rhonda Herndon, Toni Smith, Lynnette Poston and Kelly Bayliss.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Elmus's name be made to Smith Cemetery.
