He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harrison Hembree, Ruby Hembree and Josephine Tyquiengco. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Hembree (Annette) and Sharon McClain (Dan); his brothers, Danny Hembree, Levi Hembree and Billy Musser; his grandfather Keith Snyder; and his nephews, Ashton Hembree and Caden Hembree.
