He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Bolton and Scottie Bolton; his stepdaughter Beth Levy (Mike) of Clarksville, TN; his siblings, James Bolton of Cumberland Furnace, Victor Bolton, Linda Harrison of Cumberland Furnace, TN and Kathy Crowder of Cumberland Furnace, TN; his granddaughter Summer Annette Bolton; and his stepgranddaughter Addie Levy.
