She is survived by: her husband Patrick Smith of Cumberland Furnace, TN; her father Wade Akin (Helen) of Charlotte, TN; her daughters, Jessica Stewart (Blake) of Charlotte, TN and Lacey Brumit of Charlotte, TN; her siblings, Roy Caley of Southside, TN, Tammy Byard (Phillip) of Charlotte, TN and Lori Bateman (Chris) of Erin, TN; and her grandchildren, Konner Stewart and Aubree Stewart. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
