He is survived by: his wife Loretta Fay (Summers) of Cumberland City, TN; his daughter Gayla Hill (Dana) of Christopher, IL; his grandchildren, Alecia Dunbar of West Frankfort, IL and Dustin Dunbar of Cumberland City, TN; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Taylor of West Frankfort, IL, Azhure McKenzie (Taylor) of Herrin, IL, Shanndyn McKenzie (Taylor) of West Frankfort, IL and Kamden Olivia Hatfield (Dunbar) of Johnston City, IL.
Memorial contributions may be made to the organization of the donor's choice, or to the Thompsonville Community of Christ Church, and will be accepted at the funeral home.
