He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parchman and Edwene Parchman; and his stepgranddaughter Ashlyn Nichole Blackwood. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Parchman; and his stepchildren, Vicki Smith (Charles), Phillip Blackwood and Timothy Blackwood (Amy). He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
