He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene Dew and Willie Jean Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Amy Kiselka Dew; his daughter Emma Dew; and his sisters, Brenda Trobaugh, Teresa Dew and Rita Bowman Baggett.
