She is survived by: her mother Carol Louise Brooks Blackwell; her husband Jerry; her daughter Annaleese Mattingly; her sister Melinda Elliot (Paul); and her father-in-law Jerry Hooper Sr.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
