He was predeceased by: his wife Verlie Reynolds; his siblings, Ed Reynolds, Joe Reynolds, Sid Reynolds and Kenny Mathis; and his daughter Phyllis Baggett.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Reynolds Jr, Wanda Parker and Brenda Schuff; and his siblings, Leon Reynolds, Linda Lehman, Janice Mathis Jones, Nelda Anderson and Patsy Miller. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren.
