He is survived by: his children, Charles "Neil" Finch (Denise) and Penny Betsch (Carl); and his granddaughters, Rebecca Nateqi (Mustafa), Rachel Hestand (Timothy) and Emily Allie (Matthew). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
