She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Franklin and Martha Loretta Skelton Whitehead; and her son Carmel Frazier. She is survived by: her husband Rex Frazier of Cumberland City, TN; her children, Albert Frazier of Cumberland City, TN and Wanda Tittle of Somerville, AL; her siblings, James Lewis Whitehead and Fannie Bell Warren; and her grandchildren, April Rumley, Tracey Babbitt, Tommy Frazier, Jay Wilson, Kenneth Tittle, John Frazier and Robin Roy. She is also survived by twenty four great grandchildren and twenty great great grandchildren.
