He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice Mitchell Pukenis (Bunny). He is survived by: his children, Michael Pukenis (Liz) of Minneapolis, MN, Vicki Stevens (Greg) of Greentown, PA and Lynn D'Amato (Robert) of Culleoka, TN; his grandchildren, Taylor Johnson, Tara Watson, Samuel D'Amato, Katherine D'Amato, Mary Pukenis and Caroline Pukenis; and his great grandchildren, Alec Jimenez, MacKenzie Johnson and Kali Earl.
