Jewell (Brad), Brandy Bolton (Dale), Nicole Wray (Ted, Jr.) and Brooke Fox; his great grandchildren, Dylan Wray, Addison Jewell, Nickolas Wray, Avery Jewell and Hannah Bolton; and his caregivers, Jennifer, Pam, Missy, Dylan, Al Hogan and White of Highland Church.
