She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clifford Bell and Ineeta Bell (Brooks); her siblings, Mildred L. Bell and Robert William Bell; her foster daughter Gwendolyn Carter (DeLong); and her granddaughter Angela Chandler.
She is survived by: her foster daughters, Lana Davis (DeLong), Lynnette Jeffrey (DeLong) and Joanne Satele (Miller); her nieces, Leslie Higbee (Robert), Judy Burnham (Walt), Jan Wray (John), Susan Edens (Eugene) and Amy Hardaway (Daryl); and her grandchildren, Jason Davis, Landon Davis, Staci Medlock, John Thomas Jeffrey, Johnny Carter, Marsha Lindsey, Tala Satele, Daniel Satele, Tommy Satele and Russel Satele. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
