He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Milstead and Elizabeth M. Milstead. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Milstead; his children, William T. Milstead, Bonnie Haina (Michael), Karen Watkins and Andra Kennedy (Nick); his sisters, Linda Daniele and Pat Haynes; his brother-in-law John Haynes; and his stepmother Margaret Milstead. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
