He is survived by: his wife Barbara Campbell of Crossville, TN; his son Richard Campbell of Crossville, TN; his sister Treva Parks of Nashville, TN; and his grandchildren, Megan Campbell, Derreck Hankins, Whitney Whittenburg and Connor Hankins. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
