He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Billingsley and Gladys Billingsley (Morris); and his stepchildren, Gerald Edward Griffin and Dana Jo Lesser. He is survived by: his wife Twila Lee Billingsley (Harris); his children, Matthew Wayne Billingsley of South Carolina, Rhonda Lorraine Edgerton (Kevin) of North Carolina, Sherman Todd Billingsley (Susie) of Illinois and Lisa Renee Barlow (Richard) of North Carolina; and his sister Betty Etter. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren (2 deceased), 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Presbyterian Church (2211 Wabash Ave, Springfield, IL 62704). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
