He is survived by: his wife Fran E. Caruthers; his children, Rick Caruthers (Monica), Ronnie Caruthers (Bobbie), Tonya Wyatt (Jeff) and Tammy Pack (Tracy); and his siblings, Lou Evans, Karen Seiber, Sharon Kilby and Owen Caruthers. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
