He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Newby Hickman; his parents, James Hickman and L. Faye Hickman; and his father-in-law Earl Newby. He is survived by: his children, Bo Hickman (Blair) and Jennifer McDaniel (Michael); his grandchildren, Zach Hancock (Karleigh) of Hernando, MS, Katelyn McDaniel, Memphis and Matthew McDaniel; his sister Debbie Calhoun (Barry) of Rockwood, MI; and his mother-in-law Viola Newby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
