He was predeceased by: his son Tom Henry Kollros (Darlene); his parents, Cecil Rascoe and Bill (Esther Wilkes); and his sister Karen Carter Stone. He is survived by: his wife Connie C. Rascoe; his children, Christopher Rascoe (Linda), Sam Rascoe (Deanna), Andrew Rascoe, Bo Kollros (Dawn), James Rascoe (Kim) and Meredeth Cross (Charles); and his sister Barbara Brown Vonnie Hardee. He is also survived by 29 Grandchildren 29 Great Grandchildren Multiple Nieces and Nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Clarkrange Cemetery (1010 W Rock Quarry Rd, Clarkrange, TN 38553).
