He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dugan and Bertha Agnes Hazel Dugan; and his children, Mike Dugan and Christie Dugan. He is survived by: his brother Burton "Chuck" Kellogg (Sandy); his children, Ernie Moulton (Brenda), Tim Moulton and Carrie Moulton; his grandson Max Moulton; his niece Lauren Gavrin (Taran); and his great-nephew Baker Gavrin.
Memorial donations can be made in his name to Hospice of Cumberland County or the Christ Lutheran Church Columbarium Project.
