He is survived by: his wife Deitra; his sister Patricia Kozlowski; his son Derek; his daughter-in-law Shannon Hinkle; his daughter Amber; his son-in-law John Taylor; and his grandson Logan Taylor. He is also survived by 3 Great Granddaughters.
