He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Pearl Dove Monk Dunaway; his siblings-in-law, Glen and Alberta Whittenburg; his brother Sewell Dunaway; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Dunaway, Robert Dille and Rick Patton; and his nephews, Eric Dille and Danny Joe Dunaway.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Whittenburg Dunaway; his son Adam Blake Dunaway; his siblings, James Dunaway, Danny Dunaway (Olivia), Alecia Dille, Sonya Seitz (Stan) and Brenda Beaty; and his siblings-in-law, Deanna Dunaway and Albert Whittenburg (Rhonda).
