He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Earl Caudill and Betty Jean Caudill (Lidster); and his sisters, Dawn Haggmen and Judy Boles. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Caudill; his fiancée Donna Marie Cravens; his granddaughters, Sarah Caudill and Faith Jones; his siblings, Thomas Earl Caudill and Faye Rogers; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Crystal, Nicole Tara, Katlyn, Steve, Gordon, Luther and Jason.
