He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Spigner and Altha Spigner (Baggott); and his sisters, Brenda Hall and Pam Culbreth. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Spigner; his children, Dean Spigner (Kristy) and Kim Horn (Bill); his grandchildren, Abby Spigner, Brock Spigner, Eli Vandever, Amy Mollenkamp, Ben Horn, Will Horn, Bailey Sears and Emary Dumouchel; and his great grandchildren, Violet, Louisa Mollenkamp, Summit and Jett Sears.
