She is survived by: her children, Richard Simmons (Wanda), Janice Simmons and Sammy Simmons (Carol); her granddaughters, Shawna Potter (Ken) and Joy Bartley; and her sister Keither Lutrell. She is also survived by 4 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
