She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafayette Sevier of Washington and Eliza Margaret Morrow; her grandsons, Jackie Staggs and Gregory Staggs; her son-in-law Joel Barnett; her son Freddie Staggs; her brothers, Odell, Pete, Arvel, John and Frank Sevier; and her husband G. D. Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Staggs (Patricia) of Crossville, Eddie Staggs (JoAnn) of Spring City, JoAnn Ramsey (Michael) of Crossville and Kaye Barnett of Crossville; and her sister Lois Sevier Holland of Indianapolis, Indiana.. She is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
