She was predeceased by: her husband Norman "Bill" Brown; her children, Danny Hall and Carolyn Wiggins; her grandson Donnie Wiggins; and her siblings, John Henry Hall, Luther Hall, Jesse Hall, Myrtle Gunter, Pennia Howard Pelfrey, Clarence Hall, Gladys Smith, Lennis Davidson and Ethel Davidson.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ella Houston, Judy Hall, Linda Chilton (Tom) and Tammy Kemmer (Alan); and her grandchildren, Daphne, Eric, Freddy, Bart, Chris, Michelle, Joey, Joshua, Justin, Richie, Melissa, Angela, Danny and Jodie. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
