He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Gill and Thelma Gill (Wilson); and his brother Sunny. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Gill; and his children, Shane Gill (Melissa), Keely Madeline Gill-Gage (Brady), Gerald Walsh, Jr. (Vanessa), Sean Walsh, Jennifer Walsh-Hamrick (Robert), Deborah Smallman-Daminco (Martin) and Donna Smallman-Hill. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
