He is survived by: his wife Mavis Lewis Kerley; his children, Jeff Kerley (Sharon), Angie Kerley Brunswick and Lisa Kerley Perry (Mike); and his grandchildren, Travis Hall, Jordan Kerley, Christian Kerley and Kiley Perry.
