He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jo Clifton and John Ernest Clinard; his former wives, Patty Clinard and Kathy Clinard; his brother Ernie Clinard; and his siblings-in-law, Val Clinard and Reavis Pendergrass.
He is survived by: his fiancée Donna England; his children, Shanna Ray (Shane) and Ronnie Clinard (Kristin); his stepchildren, Kim Ivery and Katie Case; his grandsons, Cody Ray (Danielle), Dawson Ray (Allie) and Dylan Clinard; his stepgrandchildren, Kathleen Cannon, Amber Johnson, Cody Jones, Tanner Humes and Cadence England; his great grandchildren, Mailee and Charlee Ray; his siblings, Johnny Clinard, Sherry Oliver (Len), Beverly Pendergrass and Tammy Jones-Guerrero; and his pet Shelby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
